In the Heat of the Night is a benefit event celebrating Texas summers!     The event is held annually to benefit Legal Hospice of Texas, a nonprofit law firm providing free legal services to low income persons diagnosed with terminal illnesses or HIV disease.  This year, we are also celebrating the Legal Hospice’s 20^th Anniversary!

Held in the summer each year, In the Heat of the Night has included parties in art galleries, a swimsuit fashion show, cocktail parties at local eateries and dessert parties.  Previous locations have included Red Bud Hill, 3525 Turtle Creek , the Brooke Berman gallery, and The Belmont Hotel.  The 2009 event is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, at Studios 1019. The address is 2278 Monitor St. Dallas, TX 75207.
